My chin seems just fine; he was just running around, exploring everywhere, chewing on magazines and old creppy books, I think I even saw him popcorn a few times :)) but when he stopped for a minute and stood there, I saw that he was breathing very irregular. By looking at his chest I could see that he was breathing really fast, then slow, then regular, then slow, then fast, and so on and so forth. I'm a bit concerned.
Am I just over-reacting? Or what could be wrong?

My chins do that too. I have one that always knocks out on a fleece blanket after 10 min of play time. If you're really worried, I suppose a visit to the vet wouldn't hurt.

I would not allow him to chew on books and magazines while he is out exploring. Put those things up , out of his reach.
