I have never done a proper introduction.
I was known as Shippo on C&Q however I no longer own Shippo or Kirara.
I have homed them with a friend. (two girls) and kept two males, a Dark Standard named Spike and a beige w/red eyes named Honey.

Yesterday the breeder that I had bought my first chinchilla (Shippo) from out right gave her last breeding pair to me. (I've since separated them; do not know yet whether the female is pregnant.) I was ecstatic because one is a Violet (what I've always wanted) and a Mosaic (again what I've always wanted) So now I own 6 chins. A very dark, gorgeous, standard w/curly tail, a red eyed, freckled eared beige, a small violet, and a gorgeous spunky female violet. He markings are so darn cute. Her very behind and tail looked dipped in ebony chinchilla fur and her face has a very slight hint of grey while the rest of her is an awesome brilliant white color. (Photos to come!!)

My husband has a cinnicot (sp) female hedgie named Shadow and we have one lynx point siamese named Yoruichi and one snowshoe kitten (about 7 wks old) named Takkun.

Other than that, my name is Katie!

Take care.

Welcome Katie. :)

Thank you!! I've never (I don't think) had a conversation with you, but I've followed your comments, every time I'd read an interesting post I'd see if you had anything to say about it because I've grown to trust your words and see them as chinnie gold.

I had meant to edit the above post but didn't get to it in time.
I had wanted to say that I am 8 months pregnant, a Marine married
to a Marine, etc.. It's not important or anything just a short bio.

Welcome! Can't wait to see pictures of your chinnie gang and also your baby to come! Congratulations!

Hi Katie welcome! And hey are MARINE married to a MARINE is a big deal so glad you mentioned it! Looking forward to seeing pictures of the new little MARINE as well!
