I'm trying to find a new cage for my babies

I've searched google and ferret.com and gone to bargain sites and craig's list and i saw a thread on here a week ago where someone found either a FN or CN cage that was a double unit with a metal pull out drawer for $125 and i can't find it anywhere. I don't have very deep pockets but the cage they are in now is kind of small and it has plastic shelves and bottom. they don't chew on it, and i guess they've lived in it for about 3 years, but i want them to have more room to play and be comfortable. plus easier clean up would be nice. any suggestions? i also thought about building them a cage, but i'm not very crafty and it seems to be alot of work. i still might consider doing it anyway.

Do you happen to have maybe a cheapcycle or freecycle yahoo group in your area? You could put out a wanted ad and see if anyone maybe has a nice cage laying around. What about Kijiji?

Also try Hoobly.com. It's bigger than Kijiji, at least where I live.

Did you try the classifieds listed here? Or maybe ebay? You'll find something...don't give up!

have you take a look at http://jtchins.com/cagesstarterkits.html. They are located in Ohio.
Although their cages might not look super nice, those cages are somewhat affordable. I am thinking about buying a starter kit from them for my chin mom and her 2 babies.

Isn't Quality Cage located in Portland? Their cages only cost a little more than what you are looking to pay, but you can pick up. Craigslist might have something. Maybe someone has a used QC~!

its an awesome cage and it would be perfect except there arent any wheels and i dont think it would fit in my room.
