I'm closing down my Cafe in Cafe World

LOL! Just for redecorating! I had to post this because I know so many of you know my total obsession with my Cafe! I'm stock piling money like made to be able to do a total redecoration so it looks great from day one! I will be doing this the end of November so stop by and enjoy Excalibur the Dungeon Cafe while it's still around!!!

I just redecorated too! Got rid of my dark floors and put in YELLOW floors but surprisingly it looks good. The yellow matches the trim on my walls I'd love one of those water falls though but don't have the $$$

At least you are having fun with it. Go for it, whatever it is. Maybe as early as six months ago I would have said, "Laurie, I didn't know that you owned a Cafe!" But, now I am smarter with the technology thing and I know you are probably talking about a video game or something online. YAY!!

I just did the $400,000 expansion and was disappointed by how limited the expansion was. I really didn't gain much at all for the money spent!!! Laurie, how can you redecorate your cafe???????? I love it the way it is!!!! You have done such a wonderful job, but I can't wait to see what you will do next. I keep wanting to do something different with mine, but I think I'll end up just leaving it as is. I wish they offered a fireplace...I would love to do a section of couches and recliners around a fireplace, with the bookcase. Then ppl could relax and enjoy a good cup of mojo and a good book! I don't want much, do I???

Jenn I HAVE to redecorate! I have something very light and breezy in mind and everytime I go and look at all my neighbors Cafe I feel the need to change LOL! I wish they had some shields, swords and kilts that would have been SO cool for my dungeon or even some torture devices! Even cooler would have been excalibur in stone--way cool. Maybe I should give all my ideas to the Cafe World makers LOL!

Haha yeah, I'm going to waste my $400,000 on the expansion, just because I do need those couple extra floor spaces. I have an area that's like a VIP lounge or something and I need just about 1 or 2 more floor spaces to fully close it off!

I thought about making mine larger, but the people don't fill up my cafe now even though my rating is at 105. Ah well. It might make more room for accessories though.

If you have something on the stoves that is fully prepared, how long do you have to get it off the stove before it does bad?

The same amount of time it takes for it to cook. So, if you have something that only takes 15 min. to cook, you have to serve it within 15 min. Same with the longer stuff. This is the reason I cook things that usually take 12-24 hours, that way it gives me some leeway when I am at work and such.

I usually cook stuff while I'm on, then cook things that take a while to cook while I'm away. Last night I started pumpkin pie and the cherry cheesecake thing, opened the cafe that way I'd have serving room, but I guess I forgot to open the cafe. Therefore, having no room. I got the pumpkin pie served, just got the cheesecake to serve and I'm almost to the next level where I can get another counter.

What the flip Allison! A VIP lounge! LOL! I think ALL my neighbors have awesome Cafe's! AND I just want to point out to anyone who is my neighbor that Jenn and I started at the exact same time and she is kicking my BUTT! She's like a zillion cafe points ahead of me now yet back in the day I was beating her LOL!
