hi i seen a post about a year ago on battery operated mini clip on cage fans on a website to buy them that you can insert a ice pack that it comes with so it blows cool air. i want to buy some as a precaution incase of a blackout.

You would need to make sure they werent directly in the path of the air - that can and will cause respirtory infections and pneumonia.
