I have got to be one of the happiest people alive right now! Many people know from chat that I've been trying to get in contact with my chinchilla friend Heather for quite a while now. I FINALLY got a hold of her tonight! I'm so excited! I was extremely worried because I haven't heard from her in more than short text messages the past few years and the last time I talked to her, she was having health problems and life problems. I'm so glad I got to talk to her and that she's ok! She still has some lingering health issues, but generally she is doing good and what's more...I get to see her next month!!! We were on the phone for almost two hours and I'm just so freaking happy I had to share! AH! I'm going to die from overload!:hug2:

I'm happy for you Tab! I'm sure you feel better now after hearing from her. Have a great visit with her :)

She's coming to the October show next month! That's when I get to see her, lol! She said she needs to get her butt back to the shows and she misses us all a ton.

She promised she won't leave me worrying for such a long time again...which...she better not! I hate wondering what happened to my friends or just not knowing how they are. Especially when they leave me hanging after telling me they lost a ridiculous amount of weight and are having to make multiple doctor trips, lol.

I'm still just...overly ecstatic that I got to talk to her. Before she got sick we talked at least once a month and I freaking missed her!

Tabitha, is this the Heather who created the original fleece tube, named product of the year a few years back on CnH???

I've wondered about her, too. Please tell her "Hi" for me, too!!!

I believe you're thinking of Heidi and Heidi is doing ok as well. Her lupus is getting worse and she's in and out of the hospital almost constantly. She doesn't have chinnies anymore but she's still got her two fat bulldogs. ;)
