Not in Huntsville but....
There is one chinchilla vet I've found in Harvest. Here's the link:

Depending on where you live in Huntsville it might be a drive, but worth it--she's an excellent vet--we take our rats exclusively to her (they have two rodent vets). In fact I believe their other rodent vet works with chins as well, not sure on that...
Otherwise, you could take them to Banfield (inside PetSmart) since they sell chins, but I'm not sure how knowledgeable they are.
