How to start an Exotic Animal Rescue and Adoption Agency ?

I'm only fourteen but i was just wondering how you start an exotic animal rescue and adoption agency becasue thats what i want to do when im older. I know i will have to get a USDA liscence , but like what would you study in college ? and do you have to have certain permits ,etc. ? I know if i live in MA i would need permits to have exotic animals , but i don't plan on living in Massachusetts , so just some questions if anyone know anything

I would start by volunteering, then getting a job/interning at a zoo or something
