so im going to the fabric store to get fleece to finally do some fleeceware for my chinnies cages. i dont know how many yards i need tho. i want to make a hammock... i hanging house a cuddle bed and a liner. about how many yards would that be about?

At least 2. Three would be better. If you are using fleece in the center of your liner than you would need more.

I would say 3 yards, though you will likely have a decent amount left over with just one liner. Remember, you always want to have two liners that way you have something to put in the cage while the other is washing.

I pad my liners with an old towel. I make it a layer of fleece, the towel, and then another layer of fleece. It works well for me. Some others just use a middle layer of fleece, or batting.

Few things to remember. you'll want to wash and then dry the fleece (on high) a few times BEFORE use. That way if it's going to shrink, it'll do so before you've put all your hard work into the products. (Been there done that. Ouch!)

You don't say what kind of cage you have, so I have no clue on how big the liner would need to be etc...

I have the FN142 and with four yards I can get 2 liners (I put quilted batting in the center), 2 shelf covers, 2 hammocks and one cuddle tube cover.

well i am gunna do 2 liners for each cage and i have 2 cages. was wondering about how many yards i need for each set cause i was thinking of doing 2 different sets for each cage so i can change it up if i get bored of one lol
