my chinchilla wont eat his is barely moving and he barely attempts to fight back when I hold him or pick him up.... he was fine this morning and now this what am I susposed to do his breathing isnt normal to me and he looks like he has hiccups... like every couple sec he will jump...... Help me please I dont want him to die!

This would be a case for an emergency vet. Once chins reach this state they are very sick and require immediate medical care. There is nothing we can do here to help you unfortunately.
