Help me find these things!

Okay I've moved to a new apartment and the kitchen theme is wine, grapes and cheese things and some Italian chef decor. I had wanted to put nice colored empty wine bottles on top of the cupboards but they are too tall. So I have decided to put grapevine garland around the top of the cupboards and then place some decorative plates with wine bottles, grapes or wine and cheese. But I don't want to have like a zillion plates so I've also decided to use the decorative vinegar and oil bottles filled with fruits and veggies. EXCEPT I can't freaking find the things! A few years ago I bought a couple of them at TJ Maxx. I tried ebay with no luck! I'd like a few maybe 6 so am looking to spend no more than $20 for a bottle. Does anyone know any online place to order them or anyone know a store they are at?

Laurie, go to a thrift store and pick up some bottles and make your own. OR I could do them for you if you want to pay less than $20 each

i guess you tried tjmaxx, do you have a Marshalls? or Big Lots? or Ross?

i would also try thrift shops.

another simple idea is to get plain ones and use the rub ons from ac moore/michaels or whatever craft shop is by you.

they come with a wooden popsicle stick and you just cut our your design and rub it on the glass bottle. they are super easy to make and then you can customize. you can even buy alphabet stickers and your your last name OR all the chins names! lol

Thanks Laura! We do have Hobby Lobby here and I wasn't even thinking I could find them there! Mom and I are actually heading to Hobby Lobby Tuesday for our girls day out looking for a tiny end table to fit next to the couch woot!

You can always find some actual wine bottles with wine that look interesting. And just be forced to drink the wine.. But thats just me thinking here.

Pier One Imports would have all that kind of stuff you are looking for.
