Hello!
I just wanted to introduce myself! I am Kristine, and I am from Regina, Saskatchewan. I have one Chinchilla named Tobi and he's about 10 months old now and two cats, Nayelli and Peanut. He's an ebony Chinchilla, which is quite rare around here, I haven't found another ebony in Regina... I am not new to Chinchilla ownership, I have had Chinchillas in the past, but after my last Chinchilla, Chili, passed away from having seizures over 5 years ago, I decided I wasn't ready to have another Chinchilla. My mother, last year felt that I needed to try again, and I received Tobi as an early Christmas gift last October. And Everything feels new again, like he's my first Chinchilla all over again. Tobi's a bit of a brat, though, and he's spoiled according to my mother since he has more toys and treats than even my cats do (and they have lots). But he's a cutey, and can you really spoil a chinchilla too much? I think not
