Hello!
I have lurked this forum for a bit, and finally decided to join. I'm an active member on the Canadian Chinchilla Forum, so I should know some of you from there : )
I'm a university student, currently freezing up north haha
I have one chinchilla, Merlin, who I adopted nearly two years ago now from an abusive home. He was in rough shape, but that was a long time ago now. He's the most hilarious little being that you could imagine coming across. He's not a cuddly bear with everyone, but he's solidly bonded with me, and my other half. He talks a lot, almost conversationally haha. He's currently in a FN, but has a double unit waiting for him at home! He's one of my great joys.
I also have a rescue degu, Gus, two rescue dwarf hams, Toothless (37 months old), and Aisling, as well as three syrian hamsters, Boo, Mowgli (who was left in a box at my door), and Winnie (rescue).
Looking forward to getting to know you guys : )
