Hello everyone!
My name is Kelsey and I live in South Carolina with my boyfriend, Anthony. We've very recently (as in, three days ago!) adopted a two year old male chinchilla named Smoky. I've taken care of several "exotic" animals before, but chinchillas are definitely an experience! I found this forum while I was doing tons and tons of research to make sure that Smoky had the best environment possible, but even after reading so much, I still have plenty of questions and it seems like everyone here is very friendly and very willing to share in their knowledge! We're looking forward to a long and enjoyable time with Smoky...I'll make sure to share some photos of him once we've got him nice and settled in!
