this is oreo's favorite spot, him and his half brother ate half of the tube and oreo hides now,nugget tries to but then they just get into a fight cuz they both cant fit lol...

That is cute. I had a hammock in a cage with a pair and they chewed a hole in it and would climb inside it to sleep just like that.

lol it made me mad they were the only one out of all my cages to do that.....those things arent cheap lol but they seemed to have stopped chewing on it now

I find that some of my chins seemed to chew their fleece tubes to get at the cardboard inside. Once they tore a hole in the fleece, they would chew up the cardboard... this is why I now prefer the fleece tubes with PVC pipe. The chins give up destroying the fleece soon after realizing the PVC underneath it is too hard to chew.

A couple would chew it no matter what... and so those chinnies only get wood accessories now!

i thought they were pvc until i got them and realized they were card board,i was like oh ok,everyone loves them so i guess its not a big deal lol.... oreo loves that spot though so i cant bring myself to take it out because its destroyed

Nope my chin doesn't do that mainly because I don't have one of those, but it looks like you have a fleece chewer. Did you take that out of the chewers cage?

they chewed it to get to the card board, he hasnt chewed it anymore,also there blanket is fleece and they dont bother the blanket at all.
