Has anyone used this/know if it would be okay?

I was looking at the pets at home website and this looked like it might be clean, comfy and less messy than shavings? Anyone know if it's safe?

The description says it's made of recycled paper pellets and is 99% dust free. Thanks!

From what I have heard chins will chew this stuff and possible get an obstructive bowl. I am not going on experience just what I have heard.

It is not recommended. I have had rescues come in with it and I didn't see where it was less messy either. Of course, I got rid of it and put in shavings
