So, my husband and I have had a bid in on a home. We got bads news after bad news about it... Well, today I finally got the news that I needed. We are good to go on the buying process and we have the closing date as 12/23. Great Christmas Present!

Well this would be the third closing date. The first one we couldn't have because our bank was being slow. The second one, we couldn't do because we got denied for a loan. It was a huge mess, but the seller went and got his house approved for a short sale so that we could buy it. He can't pay his mortgage anymore and he absolutely had to get out of it. It's been on the market for over a year. It is a perfect house for my hubby and I. I can't wait to move in! Let's just hope that the 23rd isn't a long shot. LOL!

Lol, yeah I hate to say, but I don't want to live in Idaho. LOL! Mine has a half acre. I am so in-love with my house. I just can't wait to start moving in. Thanks!

And my parents house is for sale, they moved and it has been on the market for over a year now. We have lived there for over a year now actually. So, it's hard out there. Good luck with selling yours, but DO NOT MOVE before you sell yours. Trust me, my parents are struggling, but they refused to sell me their house. Oh well! I found the most perfect house.
