Thank you, my husband works as a banquet server part time, since he works today we had our Easter feast yesterday. Ahh times they do change, my son is 14 and in his plastic Easter eggs was ammo for his .22. Hehe

Haha I was surprised. I went downstairs and my mom told me I had an easter basket on the table. My uncle got me a full Easter basket. I'm 20 :teehee: Guess he figured I can still use that chocolate :rofl:

My mom still makes Easter baskets for me and my sister, who just turned 28. We even have our original baskets that we got when we were itty bitty. She even made a special one for my dear significant other, she said her way of welcoming him to the family

Awe, now I want an Easter basket! I read they have edible grass now, and I have to have some peeps, even though they are kind of nasty. I think I will have to go to the store tonight and buy up all the dicounted Easter candy...yum!

I forgot to get my son one this year. We're Jewish, so I don't pay attention. He did though. lol. Had to go to Walgreens and get him one. Hid it out front, and told him the Easter Bunny couldn't get in this year, so he left it outside.

My Easter goodies were as such--books!! yay my order from Amazon came Saturday so my Shelley Laurentson shifter books are here! Stewart didn't want any Easter candy so he's getting some new tennis shoes. I wish he wanted candy as he has size 15 feet and shoes are expensive as all get out!

My mom still mails holiday stuff here, also. I am definitely not complaining, her sugar cookies are the bomb. LOL. Happy Easter to everyone also~!

I miss the egg hunts we used to have at my house, but my mom still sends Scott and me a huge bag of candy and a gift card or two!

Lol I'm used to not getting much/anything after so long of money being tight, etc. So to go downstairs and see an easter basket after about 4 years of not getting one really made my day.


Glad to see everyone else is having just as good a day!

I got my favorite After Eight chocolates, mmm. We just had dinner and I've been playing with the kid's playdoh, lol. But now I should probably get studying on finals.
