hair ring check found a huge dot

well i did my first complete extended hair ring check

and well i see the blue vein but i also see a huge massive black dot
looks like a mole
or maybe its his marking? a freckle?

ideas?

They do have patches of colour on the foreskin and the Penis. Don't worry about it.

Skin pigment is perfectly normal.
