I was wondering if anyone can tell me when a chin is considered to be full grown and at what age they would be classed as an adult? My 6 month old is fairly small compared to my adult chin and I know for a fact that both of his parents were pretty big and the woman I got him from said that she suspected he would be large too but he seems so tiny to me! I know that males are generally smaller than females but my other chin is at least another half as big. He is happy and healthy and eats well, I have not been able to find a proper scales to weigh him yet but he seems to have gotten slightly larger since I got him, just wondering what I could expect as far as growth goes ;)

Here in the UK they are classed as adult from 7 months old - but only really because that is how they are categorized for show.

In terms of growing, mine get longer up to around 1year but chub out and get heavier up to 18 months - 2 years old ish.

I had no idea they continued growing and filling out for so long, I guess it makes sense considering their lifespan.
