Good Weight for 5.5 month old Chin?

I just bought a scale yesterday so I can finally weigh my chinchilla Milo. He was born on 9/11/12 and is five and a half months old. He weighs 440 grams, is this a good weight for his age? He seems to be starting on a growth spurt recently and is eating a lot more. Also, i give him loose timothy hay and oxbow pellets. Thanks for the help

440 grams for his age sounds fine as long has he does not feel boney. Chins are like people they come in all sizes and gain weight at different speeds.

Thanks for reassuring me. He definitely isn't bony.. he's been getting nice and chubby lately

As long as he is eating and acting well I wouldn't worry. Chins grow at different rates.
