Good DVD Making Program

Ok, so! I'd posted on CnQ asking about a good DVD making program, and had gotten a REALLY good suggestion, had it downloaded. And then my computer crashed and I lost the program. I can't remember what it was called though. I remember it automatically made menus and chapters, and the 'free' version stamped the video with a mark of sorts, kinda like a watermark. But I can't remember the name of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
