Chin-Chillin' in OZ!
Hello all!
My name is Sara Riley and I have recently taken up the adventure of breeding chinchilla's for quality stock and show purposes. I live in rural South Central Kansas on my families farm with sheep, cattle, and kids (real ones, not the goat kind, lol!!).
Speaking of goats, my Chin adventure all started with my hubby and my father-in-law reminding me that there is "No goats on the Riley Ranch!"....... So what's a girl to do?
Buy herself a chinchilla as a birthday present, that's what!
Anyway, long-story-short the more research I do, the more fascinated I become. Soon my birthday present became a herd with the purchase of 12 other Chins for breeding purposes. I am anxious to attend some shows, seminars, etc... I have also recently joined Empress registering the ranch brand of RBCR for Red Barn Chinchilla Ranch and I look forward to learning more and making some friends in the Chin-World!!
