Going north for a few days

Hey everyone, just letting you all know that I won't be on for a few days. I'm going up north to visit my fraternity and PARTY LIKE IT'S 1699.

Tia is in the hands of my sister, who is very competent with rodents. I'm really nervous (I left a 16-step care sheet, lol) about leaving Tia for a few days, but I know that Sam is a good caretaker (she's had many hamsters and currently has a chihuahua) and Tia will be just fine. I'm just a worrywart...

Well, I'm obviously back! It was a great time, dancing around a bonfire listening to Lady Gaga playing truth or dare, sleeping in a barn with 40 of the closest friends I've ever had, just an awesome event!

Still, I'm glad to be home. Tia was soooo excited to see me, I couldn't believe it. When I walked in the room she just started racing around in circles, it was so cute. Plus the package I ordered for her came while I was gone (a bowl she can't tip, new food, blue cloud dust, ALL KINDS OF TOYS!) and we had a great time opening it and looking at all the new stuff we've got!

I'm glad that you were able to have a good time and take a break. You have done so much for your little princess that you really deserved it. And of course she would miss you because she probably is more loved than she has ever been her whole life and I believe she can feel that.
