I have about finished an update on my Gathering Supplies page. Although it is aimed towards helping clients set up good homes for an adopted chin, it may be of help to anyone thinking about cages and such, or to those with a pet store cage wondering how to upgrade it.

The 2 top dusts are Blue Cloud and Blue Sparkle. Both need to be ordered and can be bought by the pound from several places. We buy 50# bags from Chinworld @ $85 including shipping. This will last a couple chins 2 years. Chinworld is a preferred provider to NOLA Chin Rescue

You can get Blue Sparkle from Ryersons including shipping for $41.70 and Blue Cloud for $52.70. As a rescue, wouldn't you want to save money?

You're up to 4 now? Congrats! Hope to make it out your way sometime.

I'd need to see the homemade one but it would need to be the equivelent to the LB, Ed's or Chinspin wheels. My webpage is designed for my clients who will be first time chin companions and as such will be unlikely to have any of those. Rules always have exceptions.
