I know someone just made a tread about this, but before i placed my order(last Saturday) Carise was responded very quickly, then i emailed her on Thursday to ask for a tracking number and still no response? Is this normal? Also how long does it usually take yall to get packages from her?

I would also like to know b/c I sent a payment about 10 days ago for some items and asked her to let me know when she would be sending the stuff and she hasn't emailed me back. If they are having problems, I completely understand but I would just like to know one way or another. All the other times I have ordered from them the stuff got here very quickly :hmm:

I got my order on Monday and i just realized the grape vines and loofah were not in there, has anyone had any experience with that, how does she handle that? I sent her an email and waiting for a response.

i think she's been having trouble with her computer, making e-mails hard to respond to.

I know she was out of the loofah for sometime but not to sure about the grape vines. I think she would have said something if she didn't have it.

Anytime I have ordered from her she always has sent me an email back letting me know she was out of something before she shipped it. I saw another thread on here from her and things have been super hectic for her..rescues out the wazooo, etc.

I have always received items from Carise in a timely manner. One time, she forgot to include one item that was ordered, but when I emailed asking about it, she sent that item right out.
