fleece chewing?

Varg has had his fleece tube, hammock, cuddle buddy and ledge for the past week or so...
i notice him pulling at the fleece occasionally... there are no holes.. just a few pulled parts.
should i take it out? hes acting normal, pooping a ton... so no impactions..
im not too worried, but i know sometimes little things lead to larger problems.
let me know if anyone has any thoughts on this!

Sometimes they like to taste the fleece, and I've noticed especially if it's the anti-pill they like to taste test the little tufts. But I've noticed that generally after a while they stop.

I'd take it out if he's doing it quite a bit or it gets to the point that he's chewing a hole in it.
