Yesterday, we were all waiting anxiously for my brother Ruari to get his results. He got 1st Class Honours in his Fashion Marketing Course... (Took 3 yrs I believe and theres a lot more to it than I thought! He didn't like it but hopefully will help him in the future and get him somewhere he would like to be.) I think...20 out of 175 or something? Not sure what Mum and Dad said.

So, the first graduate in the family. Mum and Dad are super proud and we are going to the Graduation in Manchester next month. Ruari has also planned lots of other things for us too.

Things starting to look up over here............Well apart from my school that is, lol. Im off school now, so that's something?

Hope you all are well....Leave your updates with what you've been at too. Ive been reading the new posts but..still.

Congratulations to Ruari Mae! How exciting for him! Does he plan to work for a designer or in retail?

Not much going on here. Work, kids, chins, work, kids, chins. The usual. :)

I think he is planning to go to NY for 3 months to do some work there...I think he met somebody who said would help him out.

He's very excited and went off to London to meet with some company so everythings looking good for him which we are please about...I sound like his mother now, lol...

You don't sound like his Mother.. you sound like a very proud sister of her very accomplished brother! ;)

Congratulations to Ruari and all of the family! A "first graduate" is a celebration for all of you, really! :)

That is awesome, and sounds like a great profession. Now you will have to graduate and make it number 2!

You sound like a very proud sister :D congratulations to your brother and all of your family for helping him get there.

Congrats to your brother and your family. I can see why you all are so proud.

I was the first of my siblings to graduate high school, that actually was able to attend the graduate ceremony. I've got 2 older brothers and one graduated but he did so in summer school and his diploma was mailed to him. Then the other brother dropped out in the end of his 10th grade year. So I was the first to graduate. Then my younger brother in moving out at the end of the summer and has no plans on finishing school.
