ok thanks for all of the posts everyone. ive taken him to a THIRD vet, because i noticed some white discharge. he prescribed me terramycin. its a goopy cream like stuff. i asked for eyedrops and he said this will knock it out quicker... as it is conjunctivitis. 300 dollars later im glad we have it figured out! anyone have any ideas how to easily administer this?

After battling an eye infection in one of my chins for 3 months, the terramycin gel is what finally worked.

To administer, it is much easier with 2 people but can be done with one. What I did was get a dab of the medicine on my index finger, wrap the chin up in a towel (thechin burrito) and once he was secure, held the eyelids open with one hand and put the gel inside the bottom eyelid with my finger. It's sort of hard to explain, but I hope you understood! Always make sure to wash your hands good before and after administering the gel.
