Hey guys! I'm deciding whether I should buy a ferret nation add on unit or a ferret nation single ? What would be a better value? What does the add on unit come with? It's to stack on my double story fn for a third chinchilla... The pricing doesn't seem to be too far apart. Does anybody have any experience with a 3 story?

I'm rather new to the FN's but believe it depends on the model you have. I believe they no longer have add on for the 142 so you have to find a 141, but still have add on for the 182, or is it 183? Someone will jump on here and help!
It will depend on what your intention is with the final version.
The 183 comes with no top, you reuse the top of your 182, and it has the cut out in the floor.
The 181 is a stand alone cage, and will not have a hole cut in the floor. You'd have to modify it if you wanted the 3 sections to all be accessible. Or not use the floor (like some people do).

I have a three story ferret nation 142 and 143. My living room is smaller, so the stack up cage make the room looks nice and neat.
