AZChins
Pro Cage Cleaner Champion
Mr. Edgard wanted OUT tonight. He didn't want out to run, he wanted out into the pouch to be carried around a scratched. Right now he's in the pouch and he doesn't want to go back.
Tonight I weighed him because I was curious. He is now 820 grams, I never considered him to be a large chin but he really is. He's about a year and a half old. He's sweet as can be. Very calm and he LOVES LOVES LOVES to be scratched and held. I spend a lot of time with my chins, especially those that were born here because they get held constantly as little ones. I took some pictures, but they're in the pouch pictures, so he's all messy and not posed nicely for pictures.
Edgard's mom is about 950ish, she's descended from chins from Colorado and the intermountain area (did I get that right.) His Dad was a color class champ. So, Edgard is awesome even though it took him 10 months to grow out of looking quite ratty. He's a pretty boy now...maybe sometime in the future I will put him with a girl, but breeding chins hasn't been a huge priority these last few years so who even knows.
Anway...I love him, he's my baby. He'll never be allowed to go anywhere cuz he's mine.
So, that's my Edgard. Yes, I named him that because I made up a name one day and he seemed to really like it.
The other pouch has three little babies that are about a month old. They're not moving much because I think they went to sleep...they probably need to go back to their mamas soon.
