Dried nose

One of my chin's above her nose is chapped/dried is there a medicine I can put on it? I know it is not fungus because she has been housed with another chin.

Just because she is housed with another chin doesn't necessarily mean it isn't fungus. I wouldn't rule it out until you get a diagnosis. Above the nose is a very common spot for fungus and if their is hair loss paired with the dry flakey skin, I'll bet it quite possibly is fungus.

It might help if you post a picture.

I am just going to take her to the vet. She had it for awhile just incase it's fungus.

That's a good plan. ) If it turns out to not be fungus, I have used Bag Balm for dry skin. You can also use Vitamin E oil.

I just got back from the vet he said that fungus appears at the nose. He checked her nose with the black light and no signs of green under the light. He gave me medicine has if she has fungus that is oil base. He said it should help her with her nose being dried out.
