I have a copy of Dreamweaver, actually the CS5 master pack coming. Does anyone have any tips for me? I'm excited to give it a try, it will be a total learning experience as I've not used any of the programs ( no, not even photoshop ) in the collection.

Wow, congrats!
When I bought creative suite design premium, I was not familiar with any of the programs. I think the best way to learn dreamweaver is by using video tutorials, I highly recommend this route (www.lynda.com), I wasted so much time reading books!

I LOVE dreamweaver (I used it to build my website), sometimes it takes time to position everything the way you want, but you can use photoshop to speed up the process. Integration is great, if you find that something is not working, check the preferences.
It's essential to learn some tricks.
Definitely learn about nested templates, editable regions.

Have fun! If you ever need help, PM me!

You'll regret saying that! I'm messing with the trial version, I've tried reading some of these editiorials but they all just mush together in my mind! I've figured out basics, background, make a page, link, stuff like that.

I might pick up a "for dummies" book as well, and try that link.

A lot of them seem to jump around ( the tutorials I've looked at ) or just want you to pick just what you want to learn, I just want something to kind of walk me through. Once I get the hang of it I usually figure it all out and do fine, but there is just so much to figure out on these baby!

And I know a lot of people are all about photoshop, I've never had it. So I'll be learning that too. I guess it's a good summer project!

ETA: Your site is very impressive, I've very jealous now!
