Sorry the tv sounds so loud.
My phone picks up all the quietest sounds, but ignores all the loudest sounds.
I can't tell if they dont like eachother because chiclé(the one running around) is running around as if he's excited. Osito (the one in the cage) is usually really shy and kinda scared of things.. but he just sits there.
Osito has been here for about a week, and has opened up quite a bit.
I dont know how Chiclé really feels about the new-comer.

First of all this is not the way at all to introduce chins to each other. To keep them separate from each other where they can't smell and come in contact with one another is wrong. This is also a good way for one to bite the nose, lips and toes of the other -- even biting toes right off.

Do they like each other right now, no it doesn't appear so. Chinchillas need to have slow introductions where they are both caged and not one out running free while the other is caged.

If you've done your 30 days of quarantine, where it seems you have as the two chins were in the same area together, you can gradually try cage to cage interaction and see how they do. There are many threads posted on the forum concerning intros take a look through all of them and proceed with caution.
