I know it was brought up earlier about some of the Acai fads...and Acai in general but I wanted to see if anyone has actually done a diet (fad or not) that has actually worked for them.
My personal opinion is good ole exercise and healthy eating is probably one of the "best" ways but I do understand that everyone having different body types, some diets do actually help or aid in weight loss. I know Weight Watchers is a big one and I do know people that it has actually worked for.
My mom's side struggles with weight gain/loss and my mom is the diet-queen, meaning over the years, she's tried just about EVERYTHING. And that is literal. She's tried pills, Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers, just exercising, low carb, low fat, low sugar, low everything...a lot of stuff and some of it has worked, most of it hasn't. Now she's back to just walking and trying to eat right which is safer IMO, so I'm glad. I've done quite a few things myself but have struggled also, got the mom's genes as far as that goes.
Anyhow, I was just what some others have tried and what has worked for them?
