I am in the process of drastically pruning back my curly willow tree. I have stripped all the thin branches off of the tree and have the bigger branches soaking in my tub waiting to be scrubbed.
My question to you all is what to do with the huge pile of thinner branches that is waiting to be put in the yardwaste bins. The pile is GINORMOUS! Would there be any interest in curly willow branches that are under quarter of an inch in diameter? They would be in either 4 or 5 inch lengths.
I am in the process of preparing lots of chewsticks to take to Seattle show next weekend. I will have apple, crabapple, curly willow, some grape (thin). poplar and pear. I will also be selling hay by the pound, it is the same hay that I feed my horses and my chinchillas and they love it.
