concern over cut on ear from nail possibly

Hello

First of what a great site

But back to the post.my new chinchilla came with a wooden box its used to sleep in, I noticed last night she had a cut on her ear so I inspected her cage to try find out how she got it,I then found this wooden box had a rusty nail sticking out of it, of this did cause it will she need to see a vet.the nail is on the correct size and height to of caused this

i would just keep an eye on it if it is a small cut and doesn't seem to be infected at all. maybe dab a little blue kote on it to be on the safe side.
