sorry about all the questions, just trying to make sure i have everything down before i get a chin.
i know you can clean a cage using 50/50 (distilled white vinegar and water).
but can you use baby wipes too that are hypoallergenic, fragrance free, and latex free?

I think baby wipes would be safe to use if you'd like, but won't have the disinfectant properties that the water/vinegar solution does.

Don't apologize for asking questions, that's what the forum is for! Everyone is happy to help. :)

is there an alternative to vinegar, like baking soda maybe? as odd as it is, vinegar irritates my usually-latent asthma.

I used to clean with an alcohol solution. It was more expensive but it dried quickly. I quit using it because it did not work as well as vinegar at getting the dried on ammonia off the pans.

Thanks a bunch, cuddlebug! Peroxide has always been a big staple in my family cos of of our allergies and sensitivities. It's a big relief to know my sensitive little girl will tolerate it.
