I've got 2 male chins and one of them almost always has his testes hanging out. He seems pretty normal apart from that. He's never seemed to have any problems urinating. He's a bit of a grumpy boy, but then he always has been, he still loves his bath though. I was just wondering whether this was anything serious. He doesn't love being handled and I don't want to stress him out taking him to the vet if there's not really a problem. I do love my little boys
