Chinchilla Rescue Contracts

I was wondering if you wonderful people could help me out a little bit. I am trying to put my rescue on Petfinder.com and need an actual adoption contract to fax to them, whereas right now I only have an adoption application (with contract stuff at the bottom). I need to write something up, and I have no idea where to start.

Would any of you guys be willing to email me your contract? My email is [email protected]. I will not copy your contract word for word, I am just needing ideas on what I need to say and all that jazz.

I would be really grateful and so would be rescues.

You can put something in there that specifies if you want the rescues returned to you if the adopters can no longer look after them, it is not to be resold to a third party without your consent....

or if some health issues pops up after a month or two that, pending veterinary assessment, you are not responsible for it (like - the vet needs to prove that it came from your environment and not their environment or prove they didn't do anything to the chinchilla that would have caused that illness then you can offer to cover the bills, etc).....

also state that it is pet only, not for breeding....
