Chinchilla Health

I have had my chinchilla for about 2 months. She is a pink white. She seems healthy and playful as usual but there is a bit of clumpy brown matted fur around her anal area. Is this normal? Her poop seems normal, not sticky or wet.
What should I do?

It's probably just a bad urine stain. A picture would help for sure.
