Hello all, I have noticed that whenever my Chin washes his face, he always emits a milky liquid from his eye. I was able to find one article online that said they secrete an oil from their eyes to help clean their face and whisker. Has anyone else seen this or heard of this? Again, I only see this after he washes his face. I have never see it any other time.

The normal secretions are just oily not milk. the milky discharge makes me think either an eye infection or upper respiratory infection, but could also be a sign of an issue with the teeth roots. It's very possible he is washing his face because of the discharge, he is rubbing his face because he feels discomfort coming out of his eye. Similar to when you have something in your eye and you rub it causing it to water.
