I've ordered from them several times, but I recently tried to contact them via email and have no response in over a week. I've sent it twice now and no response, anyone else having this problem or know if they are still in business?

If you use the search function and search "chincessories" or "forchinate chins" you'll get a lot of feedback. Hopefully that will help inform you of previous dealings (be it good or bad) that members have had with them.
