chin tear trail

So my little Elphaba has for a day (maybe two) had a wet trail from her eye to her nose. Nothing else is wrong- mobile, pooping, eating, ect...

It's just from one eye. It falls along the line where it looks like she has been crying from one eye. Any idea what it might be? Should I take her to the vet tomorrow (it's currently midnight when I noticed it and it wasn't there yesterday morning). Is this something small or could it be something that needs immediate attention? Any help would be appreciated.

It could be that she got something in her eye and it was watering, she could have scratched her eye, she may have an eye infection, or it could be a sign of tooth issues. You can try rinsing the eye out with a saline solution and see if it gets better in a day or so. If there's no improvement and the watering continues for more than a day or 2 then you should take her in to have the eye checked for a scratch or infection. Once everything else is ruled out then start looking at teeth.

Yes, keep in clean, and keep an eye on it, if the eye gets red-looking, or swollen at all, then it's off to the vet, or if it doesn't clear up in a day or so, vet visit time! And recent changes in her environment?
