Chin not eating all of his food

My chin Vergil only eats certain pieces of his food leading behind the majority of it in his bowl. Should I be concerned, or is he just picky? I worry that he may become unhealthy.

He seems just as active and hyper as ever, but still concerned.

Is it a food with treats and extra things mixed in? Good quality chin pellets have only the pellets and nothing else. Chins tend to pick out the good tasting treats and leave the actual pellets behind.

Good chin pellets are Oxbow, Mazuri (both can be found in pet stores), Tradition, and some rabbit feeds as well. If you check the classified ads on here, you will see some people selling good chin foods.
