Chewing woods...

I was hoping someone out there would know is Red Dogwood is safe for chinchilla's to chew?

Not sure about Red Dogwood, but if you look at this link there is a list of woods that are safe and unsafe for chinchillas. Dogwood is on there, as a safe wood, not sure how different Red Dogwood is from regular Dogwood lol.

I have red somewhere that to avoid redwoods, i know chinchillas can have dogwood not sure about the red wood though.

Only the bark on red dogwood is red. Here is a link above. Everywhere I have read, it states dogwood as being safe.
