I'm asking because usually things she likes. .. It's almost always bad for her :(
It's from carnival crops and its colorful. Made from all natural corn husk and food coloring.

I gave it to her for Easter as her Easter present. I'd hate to take it away.
 
Corn should not be given to chinchillas, it can contain mold and fungi that is poisonous to chinchillas. But the husks are just leaves, so long as they don't look like they have mold (since it's from a company it shouldn't) they should be fine.
 
Do you have a link to the actual product? From what I can find of similar products it should definitely be safe but I want to be sure? If it's JUST corn husks (which is a leaf basically as stated) all dried out should be just fine?
 
The ball I'm thinking of that sounds like that along with all other toys/chews sold from the same store chain are labeled chinchilla friendly. Or did you mean actual corn?
