Can't contact forCHINate chins

Hey, I have been emailing forchinate chins about their products, and they were replying at first, but it has been 10 days and I have the patience of a toddler! so I was wondering if anyone knew if they are on this forum. thanks

Carise is not on this forum. The only time she comes on is when someone has a problem with an order, then she'll rejoin and post whatever excuse she has.

Some people have good luck with her, many more don't.

I agree. The store has great items from what I see and I would love to order from her, but from what I'm reading here and the PM I got I'll be taking her website off my bookmark.

I got shelves from her. It was a disappointment. The holes were WAY to big for the screw things that hold onto the cage. We had to re-drill our own for each and every shelf. My girls Love her duplex house but it took over 3 months to get our order! And we ordered well over 100$ worth of stuff and when we got what we needed half the stuff was missing so we had to wait a few more weeks for the rest. It was frustrating What I did like from her I loved, and her prices are good but when I need something I would like to wait no more then the time asked to make the stuff. (She asked for 3 weeks... :/ )

Well dawn she would hate to hear that I just spent close to 250+ from 3 stores to covet what I would've gotten from her. I'm so excited to get new toy parts to put together and all the other goodies. I swear as the pet owner we are more excited than the chins when it comes to new things. They just give you the "good slave you fetched me more toys and food" look.

I made an order with her recently, but because she was my only option. It was actually pretty quick this time around, but again with her, its a crap shoot.

It seems to really depend. I used to order from her way back when, and it used to take forever for my orders (now, I get my stuff elsewhere). However... I have one of her wooden tube things that she makes, and I had an adoptive home ask me where I got it... so I gave them her website -- they had their wooden tube within a few days... even though my orders (which, granted, were quite a bit larger) took months on occasion.

It just seems overall that there are more cons than pro with her web site. I found a good alternative to order bulk parts and the response time and service was absolutely amazing. I was putting my order in around midnight, but 11am today my order was packed and ready to ship! Once I get everything I'll do the full inspection and as long as everything is in good order I'll share with everyone. The best part is the person will reply within 30 minutes of each email, of course by the end of it all I added more stuff to my list lol.

I'm going to close this thread. If you have problems with a supplier, you need to take it up with her. If you want to check with other suppliers, there are many listed here on the forum.
