Cage for two..

My mosaic is in a pretty big cage by superpet and it does just fine.
However, I would like to see if I can get a FN, because I will be getting a 2nd chin and if they don't get along I want to divide the cage instead of having two seperate.
Is it a special FN that does that?
Can anyone give me a link to a site for FN also to buy?

You'd have to get the FN 142, which is the FN with two levels. You can separate them into two cages, or just one - but you should get pans from Bass that are made for the FN, since the ones that come with it are plastic and don't hold bedding well.

A lot of people buy from ferret.com - or go to their local Petsmart, most carry them in-store.

Oh ok. How does it seperate? I was just one ferret.com so thats great (Its rare for a FN to be in a Arziona petsmart/petco. I have only seen it once for some odd reason)

I will prob get the add on too. I been wanting a FN because I noticed Super pets bars are kinda flimsy.


FYI, I know they can't be in the same room for 30 days. I just want to clarify that before prob someone says something

Do you mean how does it be two seperate cages? You can just cover the small hole with something, or use a full pan to just cover it. You can also take out the center divider, so you can have one big cage. Check out the "Ferret Nation Club" thread for some good pictures.

The add on will make it really tall - so just make sure you have tall enough ceilings. You can also always take off the rolling stand.

Their's is a nice price as well you can also search your Craigslist for someone local who may have a FN for sell!
