First off I would like to say I have been posting a lot these past 72 hours because I've had 4 chinnys and never have dealt with any sort of sickness or anything. They were all really healthy including the two rescues I had. So if anyone has any words of advice it does mean the world to me to hear them. I hate feeling in the dark about this and I hate feeling like an annoyance calling my vet every morning with a new question about my chins eye infection.
Anyways! On to Caiden's eye. Monday I noticed the problem (eye shut and wouldn't open due to eye infection). Tuesday vet appointment confirmed eye infection due to an ulcer caused from most likely him poking himself in the eye with a peice of hay. He sent me home with 3 meds to put him on and it looked seriously completely better by Wednesday night except the lack of fur around the eye. Today I noticed on the bottom eyelid he seems to have a bump like a stye. Is this normal during the healing process of his eye?
